Hmm... They (as an opening act for Kelly Clarkson) met up with their fans at the Merch corner and signed stuff, took pictures, chatted with their fans right after their show.
Though I am not sure how you are to get (or win) a meet&greet with them. I'm pretty sure it's not going to be an easy matter, seeing as you live in Germany? And they are spending most of their time in the US. My guess is you'll have to wait 'till they come back to EU, then contact your local radio station or venue they will play in and ask for further instructions.

thanks a lot for your answer...i know....living in germany sucks so much right now... i was happy to even get to see them here at all cause of the kelly clarkson tour...its really nice that they hung out at the merch after the show ...sooooooooooooooooo happy i got a picture with will and kit...really...but a meet and greet still would be sth different, cause after the show almost all the concert guests went to them and it was evry hectic and there were securitys who kicked the fans out of the building pretty soon... but i am still so greatful! ;-)

Yes, a meet and greet is a tad bit different. It is more private and less hectic. They would be in less a hurry and more chilled and relaxed.
Though like I've stated before, it's going to be hard. Once or maybe even safe to say IF they come back to a city near to yours, it's still going to be a lot of work. Though I do believe it would be worth it ;].
